Permanent Makeup
To highlight the natural beauty of your face, opt for Permanent Makeup for your eyebrows, eyes or lips.
Permanent makeup is a technique that involves inserting a pigment into the skinq using a device with a sterile, disposable needle. Practiced as much with men as with women, permanent make-up makes it possible to improve the natural aspect of a line, to correct an asymmetry and to present you in your best light.
The permanent makeup professionals from Académie EB have your health and beauty at heart. We have been practicing permanent makeup for many years and are constantly improving our techniques by taking courses around the world.
Before each permanent makeup session, we take the time to advise you, according to your needs, your tastes and the morphology of your face. Insure that you are perfectly comfortable to ask us all your questions.
Some people choose permanent eyebrow makeup because they have lost a lot of hair, to better define their eyebrows, to rejuvenate the features of their faces and even to reduce the appearance of their dark circles.
Natural effect, subtler end result.
Wispy and powdered effect. More defined and denser eyebrows.
Natural effect, but a little more pronounced with less space between the hairs. Combination of the two previous techniques.
Carried out by experienced and detail-oriented professionals, permanent Eye makeup must adapt perfectly to the morphology of your eyes. It is perfect for people who want to reduce time spent on their daily make-up routine. It opens the eye more, reduces dark circles or creates an illusion of more dense lashes.
Line on lid can be drawn wider or finer depending on the morphology of the face and the desired effect.
Natural subtler effect, like a powder or a subdued pencil line.
A fine lash line.
Very natural effect to emphasize eyelashes above or below the eye.
Permanent makeup that enhances the natural beauty of your lips. It corrects an asymmetry, creates an illusion of volume and tints the lips in a more subtle or more pronounced way depending on the desired effect.
Fine line contouring the lips to better define them and filled in with the same colour.
To tint the lips in a carefully measured and harmonious way.
The use of 1 to 3 pigments for a more natural 3D effect or make-up with strategically designed light zones.

Permanent makeup is designated for eyebrows, eyes and lips.
There is also a permanent makeup technique named hair pigmentation, which is used to simulate hair regrowth. Restorative pigmentation, on the other hand, hides a scar. This technique is also frequently used to redraw the areola after breast surgery.
Prices start from 295$ for the eyes, 350$ for the lips and 475$ for the permanent eyebrow makeup. The Académie EB offers a free consultation to understand your needs and answer all of your questions.
It is possible to finance your treatment with Desjardins Accord D Financing. Ask your technician or contact us.
Some clients may experience mild discomfort early in the procedure, so we use an anaesthetic cream. In general, the pain fades throughout the treatment.
We can welcome you for a free consultation first to answer your questions. We will then draw your eyebrows, your eyes or your lips with regular makeup to determine the appropriate shape and color according to the morphology of your face, the pigmentation of your skin and the color of your hair. We will take some photos so that you can consult with them after.
When comes the day of your permanent makeup appointment, you will need to fill out a consent form and answer questions about your health. We will start the treatment by applying an anaesthetic cream. After 30 minutes, we will proceed to insert the pigments into the skin with a small needle and a dermograph to draw the hairs or lines with very gentle movements.
A full appointment lasts about two hours.
You will probably have some redness during the first hour after your treatment, but you can continue your day with no side effects. A cheat sheet will be given to you to help explain the follow-up care to be respected during the following days. Your skin will heal completely in 5 to 10 days.
Yes, a touch up is included in the treatments price. It helps to solidify the pigment into the skin and ensure the longevity and beauty of your permanent makeup.
Some people will maintain their permanent makeup with a touch up session each year to prolong the beauty. It's a matter of taste, but it's not mandatory. The Académie EB offers an annual touch up of your permanent makeup at half price. Of course, the initial permanent makeup treatment must have been done by one of our team members in order to take advantage of this offer.
